Karen Mack Management Consultants LLC currently offers three intensive learning programs:

Learning Programs are a minimum of 3 full days in length to maximize learning, and to capitalize on performance improvement. A variety of activities illustrate learning points. In addition to (limited) lecture, programs integrate a number of interactive exercises, assessments, facilitated group discussions, reflection, nightly assignments and videotaping/video-view. Participants will be able to practice tips and techniques learned, and to focus on specific issues. They will create a realistic action plan and have the confidence to implement that plan before leaving training. It is recommended to limit the number of attendees to 24, and to hold intensive programs off-site (away from the workplace) in an effort to minimize interruptions and again maximize learning.
