participants identify where they are and where they want to be, an action plan toward
improvement can be developed. Emphasis is placed on nonverbal and verbal image: body
language, appearance (styles, lines, designs, colors that flatter various body types)
and verbal communication are addressed.
Upon request, information that addresses the challenges of full-figured (women) and portly
individuals (men) or the concerns of small stature/petite individuals may be included.
Specific principles of optical illusion and proportions are presented -- color, personal
style, and shopping tips are discussed.

Image: Business Casual - Clarify Business Casual Attire |
IMAGE BUSINESS CASUAL Casual dress is no longer a trend; it is the mode of dress for many
professional environments. An employee's personal choice of attire reflects the overall image of
the organization. This workshop clarifies the levels of business casual attire that reflect various
levels of responsibility. Parameters for appropriate business casual are defined; what is and what
is not acceptable based on organizational dress codes is clarified. Participants leave this session
with the confidence to either build an effective business casual wardrobe or to make a successful
transition to a dress-down policy.
Note: Business casual dress codes can be written (customized) for your organization.

Image: Business Etiquette - The Difference Between Novices and Professionals. |
IMAGE BUSINESS ETIQUETTE Business Etiquette is a combination of courtesy, common sense and confidence.
It's the difference between being perceived as a novice or a professional. Effective business environments
exercise at least a modicum of business etiquette. Possessing such skills can be a promotional catalyst;
a lack thereof can hinder professional growth. These "codes of conduct" begin as perceptions and are the
foundation for reputations. IMAGE: Business Etiquette covers a number of categories including Business
Meetings; Working a Room/Networking; Business Entertaining (includes a dining module); Business Beyond
Our Borders and High Tech Etiquette. Each category covers a number of topics. An increased sense of
confidence and an increase in professionalism are typical outcomes of this program.
Note: IMAGE: Business Etiquette can cover a wide variety of topics. Clients identify major areas of
concern and the consultant will customize a program to them.
